FABIO D'ANDREA
Fabio D’Andrea is an acclaimed, award-winning neo-classical pianist and short film director. After his debut album “Reflections” (which was Classic FM 'Album of the Week'), Fabio travelled all over the world, performing, producing and composing at the highest level. He played and conducted at the Cannes film festival for Vogue Italia as well as at the Cheltenham Jazz and Henley Festivals with the BBC Concert Orchestra and Philharmonia Orchestra alongside Gregory Porter and other musical stars.

MATT VOSS
During his 35 year career in the music business, Matt has worked with and represented some of the most iconic artists including Mariah Carey, Rihanna, Ozzy Osborne, Jon Bon Jovi, Kanye West and Justin Bieber. He has held domestic and international marketing roles in the US and the UK, most recently serving as Executive Vice President for Global Marketing for Universal Music Group. Matt's recent projects of note have included Andrea Bocelli 's albums 'Cinema' and 'Si', selling over 1 million copies.

SANZHAR ABISHEV
An ACIM and a boutique agency owner, Sanzhar has spent his entire career working in the marketing industry. He has managed campaigns and built digital resources for the likes of HK Scan, Pitney Bowes and Bloc Hotels. He has also completed 40+ projects for leading e-commerce companies, including Aheadworks, Amasty and Extendware. Under his guidance the recent audiovisual releases 'Something Left to Love', 'No Day Shall Erase You' and 'Sleeping Beauty' reached a viewership of 4.5 million.

Helen Searle is a leading intellectual property (IP) lawyer specialising in the entertainment industry with a particular focus on the music, film and TV industries. She has negotiated over 500 recording agreements for artists such as Jamiroquai, The Portishead, Seal, The Prodigy, Motorhead and Emili Sande, generating sales of over 50 million physical albums worldwide. Helen has also advised for corporate clients such as Amnesty International, Greenpeace, Universal, the BBC and ITV.
